Return & Exchange Policy

Once your order has been processed, your item will be marked as dispatched. All purchases made before 1 pm are dispatched on the same day basis (Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays). Where applicable, we will then upload your tracking details to your purchase record. If you are unsure how to find this please let us know and we will email the tracking number to your supplied email address once the item has been shipped. Depending on the shipping service used, delivery will take place Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm unless dispatched via Royal Mail. If this is the case you may receive delivery on Saturdays also. No Deliveries are made on Bank holidays.

 

All items are dispatched on a fully insured service so please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if your purchase is lost in transit due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.

 

Any goods being returned to us due to missed delivery will incur a further cost to redeliver and by making a purchase you agree to this condition. 

 

PLEASE REMEMBER: If we do not know of a problem then we are unable to do anything about it. As long as you contact us in a timely manner we will be able to resolve any problem before your item is returned and further delivery costs are incurred.

 

 

 

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please do not worry. Your item is sent on a fully insured service and we will offer you a full refund or replacement item and will deal with any issue fast! Proof of postage and delivery is available on all purchases.

Should your item arrive damaged (damage to the item, not to the packaging) we ask that you do not sign for the item and instead insist that the item is returned to us. Should this be the case please contact us immediately. If you are unsure if the item has arrived damaged, please simply sign for the item as damaged and then inspect the contents of the package when able to do so.

 

Should you wish to return your item for any other reason please contact us to discuss the return process.

You must first obtain written consent from us whereby we will supply you with further details including a return code. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
